@Erik: LOL! You know me myself don't know exactly! These old car plaques were hanging on a little shop's wall. The shop was closed and nothing was visible from the outside! But I think they probably fix and repair car plaques there. You know in our country government ordered people who have old cars to change their plaques to new ones and gives the plaque to them but some new plaques aren't much firm and tight. Some people take the new one to such places to frame it and protect more!
