The Arrow Shows God

A Tekyeh is a place where Shias gather to mourn the killing of Husayn bin Ali.

Such places are particularly found in Iran. They are usually traditionally designed with observable elements of Persian architecture.

Tehran is said to have had up to 50 Tekyehs in the Qajar era.

This is one of the Minarets of Tekyeh Amir Chaqmagh, also called as Amir Chaqmagh Complex, located in Amir chaqmagh Square in Yazd, Iran.
Minarets (Arabic manara (lighthouse) منارة, but more usually مئذنة) are distinctive architectural features of Islamic mosques. Minarets are generally tall spires with onion-shaped crowns, usually either free standing or much taller than any surrounding support structure.
