4500 Years Old Cypress(1)

This strange Cypress tree is located in Abarkooh one of the cities of Yazd Province.

Scientific name: Cupresus sempervirens Var.Horizontalis
Family:Cupresaceae
Height: 25 Meters
Trunk diameter: 4.5 Meters
Branch diameter: 18.5 Meters
Age: 4500-5000 Years Old
Relate of : Prof. Alexandrof(Russian)
